Our Facilities and Build Team have commenced WC refurbishment works at St Mary’s House, Eastbourne for East Sussex County Council. This phased programme of work will require the complete internal refurbishment and renewal of the WC areas throughout this fully occupied and operational six-storey office building, whilst maintaining a safe working environment for staff and visitors.
