Project: 11 en-suite bedroom extension, new garden lounge, clinical rooms, and storage areas. Additional exterior grounds and driveway works followed.
Challenge & Solution: The client required the work to be done as considerately as possible, as the home remained open during the project. A single storey extension of 11 ensuite bedrooms was built to the latest care standards. The project also required complex hard and soft landscaping to seamlessly integrate the new extension and enhance the existing garden space for residents' enjoyment.
Outcome: We successfully handed over the impressive extension, which allowed the client to begin occupying the new rooms. This move freed up other existing rooms for full refurbishment. Following the success of this project we were then engaged to work on a new front driveway and lawned area at the front of the property and carry out other refurbishment works within the main building.
