Following a successful tender and value engineering process Cheesmur have been appointed by Adur and Worthing Councils to carry out the £1.77m alteration, refurbishment and extension of the former care home/masonic hall at 151 Rowlands Road, Worthing. Following the asbestos removal and strip out works we will be delivering nineteen one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats, complete with hard and soft landscaping, to deliver some much needed affordable accommodation to the area.
