Our team was delighted to welcome a group of enthusiastic Year 8 students from Ratton School for another successful Open Doors event, delivered as part of our ongoing Added Social Value commitments.

The visit introduced students to the world of construction, offering an inside look at how projects come together and the wide range of careers available across the industry. After discussing the construction process and exploring different professional roles, the students took part in a fast‑paced challenge where they acted as clients, designers and builders, working in teams to create a structure in just 25 minutes before presenting it to their peers.

The feedback from the school has been incredibly positive, with staff praising the engaging activities, insightful discussions and the warm welcome provided by the team. A special thank‑you goes to Dan for hosting the visit and creating such a meaningful experience for the students.
