Cheesmur were delighted to discover that "Sussex Express", a local online newspaper, recently published an article in recognition of the hard work undertaken by both the client and the Cheesmur team in restoring the 400 year old former hotel and public house to its former glory.

After years of falling into decline and neglect, the grade II listing building is currently undergoing a major overhaul and will be converted into a commercial space on the ground floor and nine flats above. The team have worked tirelessly with the local conservation officer in an attempt to restore as much of the building 's original features and are looking forward to showcasing the completed works on this website upon its completion in the spring of next year.
