Overview:
We are proud to have delivered five high‑quality new‑build townhouses in Brighton & Hove, located on Shelldale Road in Portslade. Designed as modern family homes, the properties showcase exceptional craftsmanship by combining timber‑frame construction with brick external skins and traditional slate roofs, achieving a balance of durability, efficiency, and aesthetic appeal.
Sustainability was embedded throughout the project. Each home incorporates air source heat pumps, solar panels, and other integrated green technologies to reduce environmental impact and lower long‑term running costs for residents.
Outcome:
During construction, the scheme was awarded an ‘Excellent’ rating by the Considerate Constructors Scheme, recognising the exceptional standards of safety, quality, and site management upheld throughout the build.
Our site team maintained strong communication with neighbouring residents and stakeholders, ensuring minimal disruption and fostering positive relationships within the local community.
We are incredibly proud to hand over these sustainable, award-winning new homes to the Sussex community.
