Teresa is a valued member of Cheesmur's Main Contracts commercial team, supporting the successful financial management of projects from procurement through to final account. Her collaborative approach and attention to detail help ensure projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining value for clients.

Working closely with Contracts Managers, site teams, clients and supply chain partners, Teresa is responsible for subcontract procurement, valuations, cost reporting and commercial administration across a range of construction projects. She plays an important role in monitoring project performance, managing commercial risk and ensuring financial objectives are achieved throughout every stage of delivery.
