After leaving school, Terry completed his Carpentry City and Guild qualification which led to him working on many construction sites before operating his own successful carpentry business.

Gaining experience in a trades background, Terry moved into Site Management in 2001, delivering multiple projects across the South East. Terry joined Cheesmur in 2020 as Senior Site Manager and was promoted to Contracts Manager within the Special Works Department in 2023.

Terry continues to offer a great deal of support to his colleagues, particularly from a technical perspective, while developing his career as a Contracts Manager and as a Chartered Builder.
