With extensive experience in construction management, Jason works closely with Contracts Managers, site teams and clients to oversee project delivery from pre-construction through to completion. He is a passionate advocate for the highest standards of health and safety, believing that a strong safety culture is fundamental to every successful project. His proactive leadership ensures quality, programme and compliance remain at the forefront of every decision, while empowering teams to perform to their full potential.

Alongside his operational responsibilities, Jason is a dedicated champion for mental health and wellbeing within the construction industry. He is committed to creating an environment where people feel supported, encouraged to talk openly, and able to access the help they need. Through his involvement with SWAG (Southern Wellness Action Group), Jason actively promotes mental health awareness, helping to break down stigma and encourage positive conversations both within Cheesmur and across the wider industry.
