Dan leads Cheesmur's estimating and pre-construction departments, overseeing the preparation of competitive, accurate and commercially robust tenders across a diverse range of sectors. Having joined the business as a Trainee Estimator, his progression to Estimating Director reflects both his commitment to the company and his extensive experience within the construction industry.

Working closely with clients, consultants and the wider project team, Dan is responsible for developing tender strategies, managing the estimating department and providing commercial leadership throughout the pre-construction process. His collaborative approach and detailed understanding of construction enable him to identify opportunities, manage risk and deliver cost certainty from the earliest stages of every project.

Dan believes that successful projects begin long before work starts on site. By building strong relationships, encouraging collaboration and maintaining a meticulous approach to estimating, he helps clients make informed decisions while supporting the delivery of high-quality projects that reflect Cheesmur's reputation for excellence.
