Aimee is a Quantity Surveyor within Cheesmur's commercial team, helping to ensure projects are delivered successfully through effective financial management and proactive commercial support. Her organised approach and attention to detail enable her to contribute to projects from procurement through to final account, ensuring clients receive the best possible value.

Working closely with Contracts Managers, site teams, clients and supply chain partners, Aimee is responsible for subcontract procurement, valuations, cost reporting and commercial administration across a diverse range of construction projects. She plays an important role in monitoring project performance, managing commercial risk and maintaining strong financial control throughout every stage of delivery.

Aimee believes that successful projects are built on collaboration, trust and open communication. By developing strong working relationships and maintaining a proactive approach to commercial management, she helps ensure projects are delivered efficiently while upholding the high standards of quality and professionalism that define Cheesmur.
