Working closely with the Facilities department, Melissa supports the coordination of planned and reactive works, assists with contract administration and helps ensure clients and colleagues receive a responsive and professional service. She also provides an important point of contact for site teams, helping to coordinate documentation, resolve day-to-day queries and keep communication flowing between operational teams and the office.
