Alan brings a wealth of construction experience to his role as Contracts Manager, having spent decades successfully managing sites before progressing into project leadership. Working closely with clients, consultants, site teams and subcontractors, Alan oversees projects from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring quality, programme and budget remain firmly on track. His years of experience on site give him a thorough understanding of the challenges involved in construction, enabling him to make informed decisions and support project teams throughout every stage of delivery.
